Jay and the crew at LGCY were the best. I contacted the company online and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs! The ladies who cleaned were professional, diligent and pleasant. They asked me clarifying questions and were incredibly quick. I used them to do a move out clean and would use them weekly if I lived locally. Truly fantastic. Don’t bother contacting anyone else!!

We booked a move-in clean as part of our transition to our new house. Vanessa and Macarena arrived right on time and did a fantastic job! They were there for several hours and the house looked and smelled so much better. Once they were done, they were very kind to stay to let us walk through the house and make sure that everything was cleaned as we wished. I heart LGCY cleaners! Can’t recommend them highly enough. My parents moved to Westfield recently and soon after my mom was injured and homebound. They weren’t able to keep up with the house in the stress and chaos and were feeling overwhelmed and stuck. LGCY swept in and took care of everything! We only offer walk-through estimates for Airbnb and commercial spaces. Residential cleaning packages are based on square footage. Feel free to add pictures when requesting your estimate!

Your cleaners arrive with all the products, tools, and machines needed to complete your cleaning. However, if you have cleaning products or tools you prefer us to use (or NOT to use) in your home, please notify LGCY Clean prior to scheduling your service. When available, we will use the renter's/homeowner's toilet bowl brush and broom to prevent cross-contamination.
We care about your furry and feathered friends! That is why we kindly ask that your pets be contained or in a separate room, tank, cadge, or yard during the time of the cleaning. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian/caregiver at all times and for safety reasons, and should not be in the same room(s) the cleaner(s) are working in or left in the home alone at anytime during the clean.
You are welcome to stay in the house or run errands. Usually for the first clean, clients greet the cleaners and do a quick walkthrough. You are welcome to leave arrival or departure instructions at the time of booking.
Cancellation must be done with more than 24 hours notice of scheduled service for a deposit to be refunded. Canceling with less than 24 hours notice from the time of the cleaning, will result in a non-refunded deposit or 50% or the service cost will be collected. Cancellations must be done by phone call or text message.
